The Review

$1,800 + GST

A fresh, experienced set of eyes across everything your business puts in front of the world, before we've even had a conversation.

  • If you sense something could be working harder but aren't sure where to start, this is a good place to begin. Maybe you're considering a new website, a rebrand, or a broader marketing push, but want clarity on what actually needs attention before committing to anything.

The Review gives you that clarity. It won't tell you everything, the fuller picture only emerges through conversation, but it will give us both something concrete and considered to start from.

  • Brand and creative consistency
How your brand shows up across every public facing touchpoint, website, social media, email, and any other accessible channels. This covers font choice and typographic hierarchy, colour palette and what it communicates, imagery and tone, and whether the overall impression is consistent and appropriate for the business.

    Website UX and information architecture
How your website is structured, whether the most important content is where it should be, how easy it is to navigate, and whether it's doing its job of moving people through to a decision. This includes conversion pathways and key user journeys, from first touchpoint through to the website itself.

    Independent data and observations
Where immediately available, I'll support findings with objective data, load speed, accessibility scores, contrast ratios, and mobile responsiveness. This adds weight to observations and helps identify quick wins that might otherwise go unnoticed.

  • A clear PDF document covering findings, observations, and prioritised recommendations, focused on what's actually worth addressing and in what order.

Alongside that, a short video walking you through the key findings in plain language. No jargon, no fluff, just an honest conversation about what's working, what isn't, and where to focus next.

  • The Review is a starting point, not an endpoint. The recommendations are yours to do with as you see fit, whether that means acting on them independently, taking them to another provider, or using them as the foundation for a broader conversation with me. What's important is that you leave with a clearer picture of where you stand and what to do about it.

If any of this sounds useful, send me a message and we can figure out if it's the right starting point for you.
